One month before graduating from LCC International University I was hired by SEB Vilniaus Bankas as an assistant for the business clients manager. Just seven months later I was presented with the opportunity to become a manager. Now, four years later, I am the senior manager and was humbled to receive recognition as Manager of the Year for Western Lithuania.
