Since LCC's founding in 1991, more than 460 students have graduated and become members of its Alumni Association.

The Alumni Association sponsors annual activities such as the Christmas Banquet as a way of keeping graduates connected to the school and to each other. In addition, the Career Development Center offers career information and services to alumni who are seeking a job in Lithuania.
