The Church as a Missional Community in Lithuanian Context: What Does It Mean and What Does it Take?
February 17-18, 2012
Audience
Priests, pastors, denominational leaders, lay leaders in local congregations, leaders of Christian organizations and ministries.
OUTCOMES
- To redefine or broaden the understanding of mission by providing concrete stories and examples of various missions from Lithuanian context;
- To inspire church leaders and pastors to look for creative ways to engage their respective congregations and communities in the mission of God at home and abroad;
- To encourage church leaders and pastors and give them a vision of a "future and a hope" for Lithuanian churches.

Cost
40 litas fee to cover meals and breaks.
Meals and Lodging
The conference fee includes coffee breaks and snacks and Saturday lunch. Participants will need to care for their meals Friday evening and Saturday breakfast. At this time we are unable to offer housing for conference participants.

LCC International University is especially interested in dialogue across Christian traditions which builds the Kingdom of God and which strengthens the mission of all Christian churches. Moreover, it is our hope that providing this bridge for dialogue will benefit the Church and especially its leaders in Lithuania.
