Donate 2% of Income Tax

Everyone who pays taxes in Lithuania can donate 2% of his/her income tax to a non-profit organization – this is what the Lithuanian Law of Charity allows to do. Let LCC International University be this organization! It will not cost you anything. It will take you only several minutes. It will contribute to the better standing of the university you feel connected to. Follow the instructions and please note the deadline for this donation is May 1^st, 2013 (starting date March 15^th, 2013).

Instructions

1. Download the form FR0512 from State Tax Inspectorate (STI) website
2. Unzip the files FR0512.mxfd and FR0512.ffdata
3. In order to complete the form you will need a special program ABBYY eFormFiller (if you have ever completed yearly income declaration online, the program might be already in your computers, so skip this point)
4. Open the file FR0512.ffdata
5. Fill in the following sections:
   • Personal code
   • Full name
   • Address
   • Phone number
   • E-mail
   • Period declared
   • Date
   • Choose whether this is primary or corrected version of the form
   • Enter “1”
   • Enter LCC International University’s code (111966048)
   • Enter LCC International University’s name (VšĮ LCC tarptautinis universitetas)
   • Enter LCC International University’s address (Kretingos g. 36, Klaipėda)
   • Ignore this section
   • Ignore this section
   • Enter LCC International University’s bank account number (LT867044060006449729)
   • Enter the amount you want to donate (2% or less)
   • Click “Išsaugoti“ (SAVE) after your are done
6. Join your e-banking (hanza.net, SEB ebank, etc.)
7. Choose function “E.deklaravimas” on the left side
8. Choose function “Persiųsti paruoštą failą”on the left side
9. Browse the form you filled in just a minute ago and click “perduoti”
10. Click on the “Persiųsti failai” and make sure the file was sent out (the status needed is PRIIMTA).
