The LCC futsal team "Kicks" was founded in 2002. Throughout most of its existence, it consisted primarily of Lithuanian students. In 2008 however, students from Albania, Belarus, Moldova and Ukraine joined the team, forming a truly international futsal squad.

In mid September 2008, through an extensive selection process, Igor Gul and Anton Zamoiski, who are responsible for the team organization, selected a new squad of nine players. With the help of a sponsor, the team was able to purchase new equipment and uniforms.

The team relies on its coach, 4th year student Anton Zamoiski who is also the team captain for strategy and game preparation. He is responsible for planning the training process. All the training sessions take place in the Michealsen Centras, a large multipurpose gymnasium at LCC International University. In 2008, the Kicks enrolled in the regional Cup of Klaipėda, but because of key players’ injuries were only able to snatch two wins and two draws in 10 games, falling 1 point short of the last play-off spot. Matches took place in the Michealsen Centras every Monday and Wednesday at 20.30.

In October 2009, the “Kicks” are planning to enter Lithuania’s Second Futsal League. Currently the squad is beginning a training process in preparation for the upcoming challenge.
