Confirmation

Confirmation of the courses that you are registered for has been sent to your LCC emails on January 6. It is also available on LCC portal http://portal.lcc.lt under My Information/Student Schedule. You are responsible for attending or dropping these courses. If you have not received any confirmation, you have been deleted from registration because of the financial debts and must register again.

If your registration has been canceled or you did not register in November, please first bring the payment slip showing the proof of payment for the upcoming semester to Student Financial Services and only then you will be allowed to proceed with your registration.

Add/Drop Week Instructions (January 9-13)

1. Any changes in the course registration (registering from the waiting list to the class, changing sections, adding/dropping courses) are done only when the Add/Drop form with the appropriate signatures is submitted to the Registrar's Office:
   • To register or withdraw from a class you have to get advisor's first and then instructor's signature.
   • To change sections or register from the waiting list to the class you have to get instructor's signature only.
   • Students that do not come for the first class lose their place in class unless prior arragements with the registrar were made and tuition paid.
   • Waiting list students that do not come for the first class lose their priority in that class.
   • Adding a class or registering from the waiting list to the class is only allowed during the Add/Drop week.
   • Add/Drop forms are available at LCC reception desk.
   • Forms must be submitted to Drop Box by LCC reception desk not later than Friday, January 13.
2. If you stop attending a course without officially dropping it, you will earn a grade of 0 (F).

If you start attending a course without officially adding it, you will not earn any credit.

3. Academic Advisor's name and email are marked on your Registration Confirmation form. The role of the advisor is very important in the registration process. The advisor is to verify that you are taking courses only with the correct prerequisites and in the recommended sequence.
   
   Business majors that do not have advisors assigned should come to ARC (room 228) for advising during January 9-13 at 12:15-12:45.
   
   Freshmen are allowed to add 3 or 6 credit classes if their Fall 2011 semester GPA was 8.00 or above.  Please come to the Registrar's office in order to get advisor's signature.
4. The updated Academic Progress reports are available on LCC portal http://portal.lcc.lt under My Information/Academic Progress Report. Students are required to always bring them to the meeting with their advisor.
5. If your Fall 2011 GPA is below 8 you may register for up to 30 credits in Spring 2012. If your Fall 2011 GPA is above 8 you may register for 33-36 credits in Spring 2012.
6. Students with CUM GPA lower than 7.00 will receive a probationary notice or an Academic Warning letter during Add/Drop week.
7. Online/Partly online and Irregular schedule courses
   1. To register or withdraw from the following classes please first get your advisor's signature first and then come to ARC (room 228) on January 9-13 at 12:15-12:45 where one of the advisors will sign in place of the instructor.
   2. Your instructors will send you all instructions by email before classes begin.

8. If you arrive to studies later than January 10 please make sure to fill out the Late arrival form on www.lcc.lt/late-arrival-request and email it to registrar@lcc.lt .
9. Check your NEW Registration Confirmation after the Add/Drop week's changes on Wednesday, January 18.
