Summer Language Institute Rivne

July 5-23, 2010

Become proficient in English and prepare yourself for a North American style of education. Learn from qualified, experienced North American teachers as you are immersed into three weeks of studies. Classes will include Academic Reading, Public Speaking, and English for Academic Purposes. Experience the atmosphere of communication and group work with students from different cities and countries.

Classes

Classes are held for three weeks. Students will study Monday through Friday. We offer 5 hours of intensive English instruction by native speakers every day.

Enrolment

Courses are open to students who have completed 10th and 11th grade. Students must have an upper- intermediate to advanced level of proficiency (no lower than 420 on the TOEFL test).

Important Dates

July 3 residence hall opens
July 5 registration and placement test, and classes begin
July 25 last day of classes and closing ceremony

Registration

• Please apply before May 1, 201.
• All students must attend the registration on July 3rd.
• All students need to bring their passport for the registration.
• All students will be expected to write an English language placement test at registration to asses their English level.

Fees and Payment

Program price:  1400 UAH
Accommodation fee (if needed): 75 UAH per day (subject to change)

Accommodation

For students who need accommodation, a dormitory room can be provided. Please indicate on the application form if you will need accommodation.
