USA Restriction PolicyI understand that I must return from the United States of America at the designated time. I know that everyone who does not return becomes an obstacle to other people trying to visit the USA. Therefore, LCC maintains a restriction policy. In the case that I decide to extend my visit, I am responsible for informing the LCC Career Development Center about the expected time of return and the reasons for this extension. I understand that extending the visa anywhere but in my home country will prevent me from participating in similar programs in the future. If I decide to remain in the USA indefinitely, or fail to notify the Career Development Center and the Registrar Office about the extension of my visit, I know that the Career Development Center will report me as an illegal emigrant to the local Embassy of the United States of America. I realize that as a consequence of this report I will be put on the Embassy’s Look Out system. I will not be able to go to the USA if I ever decide to come back to my native country. My immediate family will not be able to visit the USA because of my decision to illegally stay there. LCC will not transfer my credits or issue a transcript of my academic work. I also understand that if I enter the term late I forfeit my place in classes for which I had registered, unless I have (a) already paid for the class, and (b) informed the Registrar prior to the beginning of classes. I understand that under no circumstances will I be permitted to enter a class more than one week after the last day to add classes, thus I am responsible for arranging my returning date prior to the beginning of the school year.
