LCC Named This Year’s RESTART Festival Organizer

On November 4, LCC International University hosted a press conference dedicated to the annual RESTART Art & Science Festival. This year LCC has been invited to be the main organizer of the event.

RESTART will take place during the week of November 14-20, during which Klaipeda residents are invited to take part in open lectures, practical workshops, film screenings, and many other unique and engaging events. Each day of the week will feature themes that correspond to the academic programs offered by LCC International University. Following the official opening on Monday, Tuesday will be dedicated to Business. Members of the LCC business faculty will get a chance to engage Klaipeda youth in a simulation business game, and the LCC trademark Inspirational Breakfast will be focus on the start-up community. Wednesday will feature themes related to Communications & International Relations, Thursday will spotlight Psychology, and Friday will combine both English and Foreign Relations. Throughout the week, LCC professors and other notable guest speakers will give lectures on various topics relevant to the modern world. This year’s RESTART event explores various issues that society faces today. The festival is, however, not intended to be purely academic and will offer plenty of fun activities for Klaipeda residents of ALL ages! Well known for its multicultural community, LCC International University extends an invitation to everyone to celebrate diverse cultures and talents through a grand Talent Show on Friday evening and an LCC International Fair on Saturday.

In light of LCC International University’s silver jubilee this year, RESTART creates a perfect opportunity to share and celebrate what LCC has created and promoted in Klaipeda – and in Lithuania – throughout its 25 successful years.

Please join in this celebration and use this opportunity to become an LCC student for a week!
