The BOX is coatroom and mailroom. Open Monday – Friday from 10:00–15:00. Check your student file frequently for returned papers, mail, and package notifications.

What are the main computer lab hours?
The main computer lab and IT Helpdesk are open Monday through Thursday 8:00–21:00, Friday 8:00–20:00, Saturday from 10:00–17:00. Sunday closed.
Why would I speak to a counselor?
Students sometimes experience challenges that can hinder academic success or personal growth. Students may find the help of a trained counselor beneficial in meeting those challenges. A trained counselor at LCC is available by appointment to discuss any issues and help students find ways of dealing with the challenges they face. All counseling sessions are confidential. Where can I find faculty offices?
Faculty offices are generally arranged by department. On the 1st floor you will find the English, General Studies and Social Science departments. On the 2nd floor you will find the Business Administration, Lithuanian Studies and Theology departments. Faculty have office hours during which students can visit them, make sure you check what the office hours are.
Do I qualify for financial aid?
Yes, everyone qualifies for Financial Aid at LCC International University. LCC International University provides aid to students who make satisfactory progress toward a degree and demonstrate financial need. Awards are made based on availability of funds. LCC assists students primarily in covering tuition costs. The amount and type of aid students receive is reviewed annually. Visit Student Financial Services for more information.
How do I get a fitness card?
You are welcome to use the Michealsen fitness center and gym. The entrance to the gym is free of charge; however, the entrance to the fitness center is 0.30 EUR per visit; 4.50 EUR for one month membership. Fitness center cards can be purchased From MC attendants. Please check the schedule on the bulletin board or ask the fitness attendant to see if the Michealsen gym is available for use. LCC ID card must be activated at MC reception desk.
More information about LCC ID Card activation you can find online. Please bring your LCC ID card with you and check in prior to your workout. Please submit a document at the fitness center desk to obtain a locker key. Users of the gym and fitness center must have appropriate clothing and sport shoes. Fitness coach individually consults on: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 17:00 to 21:00.

When is the Balčiūnai library open?
The Balčiūnai library provides a variety of resources, including books, periodicals, media materials, full-text databases, and curriculum textbooks. It housesa collection of over 41,000 English volumes. LCC ID card is issued to every enrolled student and is mandatory to borrow materials. The library offers quiet study space and easy access to learning resources. Library hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00–20:00, Friday 08:00-18:00, Saturday 10:00-18:00, Sunday – closed. Student Council has office located in DeFehr center near Neufeld Auditorium. You can’t miss the glass wall that allows you to see what is happening in the student council office. Sign up for clubs, get assistance with LSP cards, ask questions, suggest ideas, find out about the yearbook, newspaper and photo exhibitions. Student council holds office hours at least one hour per day and has open staff meetings each week. Drop in and say hello.

How do I find out what is happening on campus?
Check your weekly [e]vents e-mail for events announcements, job opportunities, scholarship info, activities on and off campus, lost & found notices and other community Information. If you want to send out information to all students, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org by noon on Friday. Your info will go out in the [e]vents following Monday.

How do I reserve a room for a meeting or event?
Reservations can be made through the Student Life Office Manager (DeFehr 22) or DeFehr Reception. Please ensure that you reserve your room prior to advertising your event. The priority for reserving the room always goes to academic activities, then to official meetings, student activities and finally personal use. You are responsible to reset the room after your event.
