Refund Policy

Schedule

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to sli@lcc.lt. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval.
*When refunding payments to an international bank account a transaction fee applies. The transaction fee may vary.

Before June 1

Tuition refund: 100% refund
Resident Hall fee: 100% refund

June 1 - June 15

Tuition refund: 50% refund
Resident Hall fee: 50% refund

After June15

No tuition refund.
No housing refund.

July 6

Registration day

July 8

Classes begin

Note: The refund schedule applies regardless of registration tier. The amount refunded is based on what was actually paid, not the full program price.

Cancellation Procedure

Submit a written cancellation request to sli@lcc.lt, including your full name, application ID, and reason for cancellation.
You will receive a confirmation email within 2 business days acknowledging your request and confirming the applicable refund amount based on the date of cancellation.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days of confirmation.
For early departures during the program, notify your teacher first, then contact the SLI coordinator directly. Early departure does not entitle the student to a tuition refund.
